Western Australia’s Leading Vascular Surgery Clinic

FOR DOCTORS Patient Referrals

Referrals can be made by general practitioners or other specialists, and allied healthcare practitioners such as nurse practitioners and podiatrists.

We endeavour to see new referrals within two weeks, however we can accommodate urgent referrals if we receive a direct request from the referring practitioner. Details of the patient's condition and their requirement for urgent treatment will assist us in prioritising such referrals.

Any urgent and non-urgent advice is available to medical practitioners by calling Dr Garbowski through his rooms on 08 9382 9100

If preferred, referrals can be faxed to (08) 9382 9101 or emailed to reception@perthvascularclinic.com.au.
