Doctor Handouts
Downloadable clinical resources for general practitioners and specialists, including referral guidelines and condition-specific information sheets to support patient management and referral to Perth Vascular Clinic.
Patient Referrals
Referrals can be made by general practitioners or other specialists, and allied healthcare practitioners such as nurse practitioners and podiatrists.
We endeavour to see new referrals within two weeks, however we can accommodate urgent referrals if we receive a direct request from the referring practitioner. Details of the patient's condition and their requirement for urgent treatment will assist us in prioritising such referrals.
Any urgent and non-urgent advice is available to medical practitioners by calling Dr Garbowski through his rooms on (08) 6116 4955
If preferred, referrals can be faxed to (08) 6116 4959 or emailed to reception@perthvascularclinic.com.au.
