GP Referral Guidelines

Mr Garbowski accepts referrals for the full range of vascular and endovascular conditions, including varicose veins, aortic aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, pelvic venous disorders, hyperhidrosis, renal access, and more. Referrals can be sent by fax, post, or through secure electronic messaging. Please include relevant clinical information, investigation results, and clearly state the reason for referral. Yes. A valid GP or specialist referral is required for all consultations at Perth Vascular Clinic. This is necessary to access Medicare rebates and to ensure continuity of care with your treating team.

Referrals identified as urgent are prioritised and triaged by the clinic team. If a patient requires urgent assessment, please indicate this clearly in the referral letter and contact the clinic directly by phone to ensure prompt attention.
